Shipping T&Cs, Packaging and Care Pack

SHIPPING

 

For grouped items,only one shipping charge will be incurred based on total weight of order.  

Shipping includes packaging costs  I package sustainably, often repurposing supplier packaging which may include bubble wrap to save it from going to landfill.

I offer complimentary gift wrap for all parcels, using my marbled paper - let me know if it’s a gift and I will leave the gift tag blank for your message 

All items are sent tracked and tracking reference is emailed to you, once the parcel is collected by the courier.  

 

International Shipping: Duties, Taxes, Tariffs

Once items are shipped the delivery is beyond my control, for example, for my US customers, due to the fluctuations and changes in tariffs, I send items in good faith that they will not get held up at border control.

Import duties and taxes become customers responsibility and liability, if the courier will not release the goods due to the government administrations changes after goods shipped from UK.

I use a verified agent for all NI and EU countries.
 

Refunds / Faulty Goods

All items made to order and personalised to customer specifications are inspected and photographed before shipping with a courier. The images are sent to the customer to approve and as they are custom order cannot be returned on receipt, unless the goods arrive damaged during transit.

Refunds are only offered if the item is found to be faulty on receipt. The customer must photograph the item and damage and send this via email within 48 hours of receiving the goods. 

The customer has the right to return the item at their expense for maker inspection. If a maker fault is found, the goods will be repaired and returned to the customer and the customer will be refunded the cost of their shipping.

The same policy applies to my Ready to Ship items, which are inspected and photographed prior to shipment. An image is emailed to the customer before the item is gift wrapped.  Ready to ship items are sent within 5-7 working days, once funds clear the bank, so the customer has a cooling off period, before goods are shipped, if they change their mind.

If the customer receives a Ready to Ship item and does like it, they may send the item back at their expense  The item will be inspected for damage  or wear and tear and if found to be in perfect condition, a refund will be issued, less shipping costs.

If the goods were damaged by the courier, the maker will claim on behalf of the customer, for the cost of the goods and the customers shipping expense for refund.

 

PACKAGING & CARE PACK


My products are packaged sustainably and carefully, using either recycled packaging received from my suppliers, or, if purchased, I use paper packaging and paper tape, which are fully recyclable and compostable.  It is my small way of helping save the planet, one parcel at a time.


I love to gift wrap and offer a complimentary gift wrap service. Once you've ordered, contact me to let me know it's a gift and I will leave the gift tag blank. I will package your gift in hand  marbled paper gift wrap, and add a complimentary marbled gift tag.  I can add a marbled card with your message if the item is gifted and being sent direct to the recipient. 

Gift wrap purchased, will be sent rolled in a cardboard tube.  Artwork is packed mounted with hard board backing in biowrap bags and sent in hard board envelopes. Framed artwork is wrapped and shipped in strengthened box.
