UK Shipping

Free UK shipping for all items with a value over £50.00  

For grouped items, with a value under £50, only one shipping charge will be incurred  

Shipping includes packaging costs  I package sustainably, often repurposing supplier packaging which may include bubble wrap to save it from going to landfill.

I post smaller items within the UK, using Royal Mail 1st Class, signed and tracked delivery.  

All larger items are couriered, tracked and require a signature.

International Shipping 

For US customers, due to the fluctuations and changes in tariffs, I send items in good faith that they will not get held up at border control. Import duties and taxes become customers responsibility and liability if the courier will not release the goods due to the government administrations changes after goods shipped from UK.

I use a verified agent for all NI and EU countries.  
 

Refunds / Faulty Goods

All items are made to order and personalised to customer specifications.  Goods are inspected and photographed before shipping with a courier and cannot be returned, unless the goods arrive damaged from transit.  The customer has the right to  return the item at their expense for maker inspection. If a maker fault is found, the goods will be repaired and returned to the customer and the customer will be refunded the cost of their shipping.  

If the goods were damaged by the courier, the maker will claim on behalf of the customer for the cost of the goods and the customers shipping expense for refund.

 

PACKAGING & CARE PACK


My products are packaged sustainably and carefully, using either recycled packaging received from my suppliers, or, if purchased, I use paper packaging and paper tape, which are fully recyclable and compostable.  It is my small way of helping save the planet, one parcel at a time.


I love to gift wrap and offer a complimentary gift wrap service. Once you've ordered, contact me to let me know it's a gift and I will leave the gift tag blank. I will package your gift in acid free tissue, or marbled paper gift wrap, and add a ribbon,  finally adding a complimentary marbled gift tag.  I can add a marbled card with your message if the item is gifted and being sent direct to the recipient. 


Marbling gift wrap will be sent rolled in a cardboard tube.  My art is mounted with hard board backing in bio wrap
bags and sent bubble wrapped in hard board envelopes. Framed artwork is bible wrapped and shipped in strengthen box..
Leather goods are sent with my own BEESROC leather balm for after care.    

 

Leather care pack includes hand-poured Dartmoor beeswax leather balm, brush and soft cloth
