UK Shipping

Free UK shipping for all items with a value over £50.00  

For grouped items, with a value under £50, only one shipping charge will be incurred  

Shipping includes packaging costs  I package sustainably, often repurposing supplier packaging which may include bubble wrap to save it from going to landfill.

I post smaller items within the UK, using Royal Mail 1st Class, signed and tracked delivery.  

All larger items are couriered, tracked and require a signature.

International Shipping 

Please contact me for a shipping quote.  Import duties and taxes are customers responsibility and liability before courier will release the goods. A quote can offer two options, payment to include import duties and taxes or just shipping cost, with import duties and taxes due when goods arrive.

I use a verified agent for all NI and EU countries.  

To my customers in the USA, I am currently waiting for things to settle down regarding tariffs and import taxes. When I do start to ship to the US the shipping price will include tariffs and import taxes so goods do not get held up at border control.
 

Refunds / Faulty Goods

All items are made to order and personalised to customer specifications.  Goods are inspected and photographed before shipping with a courier and cannot be returned, unless the goods arrive damaged from transit.  The customer has the right to  return the item at their expense for maker inspection. If a maker fault is found, the goods will be repaired and returned to the customer and the customer will be refunded the cost of their shipping.  

If the goods were damaged by the courier, the maker will claim on behalf of the customer for the cost of the goods and the customers shipping expense for refund.

 

PACKAGING & CARE PACK


My products are packaged sustainably and carefully, using either recycled packaging received from my suppliers, or, if purchased, I use paper packaging and paper tape, which are fully recyclable and compostable.  It is my small way of helping save the planet, one parcel at a time.


I love to gift wrap and offer a complimentary gift wrap service. Once you've ordered, contact me to let me know it's a gift and the name of the recipient. I will package your gift in acid free tissue, marbled gift wrap, and marbled silk or linen ribbons or locally made wool string (it comes in a variety of colours), finally adding a complimentary marbled gift tag.  


My new range of hand marbling gift wrap will be sent rolled in a cardboard tube.  My linocut prints on marbling are printed on handmade Japanese paper affixed to recycled card.  These cards and my original artwork, are sent in a biodegradable wrapper, which is fully compostable at home.


My commission work, such as leather aprons, storage bins and fireside storage are all sent with a complimentary leather care package, which includes my hand-poured BEESROC leather balm, made using organic essential oils and organic Dartmoor beeswax.
