Made to order marbled ballet slipper leather in 14k gold-plated stud earrings (10mm)
Part of my sustainable made to order range, these earrings are created using recycled gold-plated studs and repurposed ballet slipper leather, kindly donated by a ballet company based in London.
- Each pair sold, help the incredible work of the food bank charity, Trussell UK and arts charities to support underprivileged dancers, musicians, actors and artists, through an annual donation.
- Each earring set is one-of-kind textile art, even each stud pattern is unique and cannot be replicated by the artist, though a similar pattern can be created, the marbling water may move so a one-off pattern is made.
- The earring leather is marbled in a variety of colours and abstracted heritage patterns. The images are a representation of the marbling pattern only.
- Choose a colour to be included in the pattern design. Each colour-way below will include at least two of the colours listed.
- Get in touch when you’ve ordered, if you would like a specific colour not listed below, to be added, or if you prefer stripe swirl or organic stone pattern. The images are an example of patterns made for previous orders.
- Once your order is finished, I will update you with an image, before the earrings are gift wrapped and shipped.
- Tracking information is emailed once courier collects.

Gift Wrapping Service
Complimentary gift boxed and gift wrapping service. Each order is wrapped in my beautiful hand decorated ink marbled paper. If the order is a gift, contact me and I can either leave the gift tag blank for you to write your own message or, if shipping direct to the recipient, I can include your message in a marbled card. I always email you an image of the finished order before wrapping.
Care Instructions
- Remove jewellery before bathing, showering & swimming
- Remove jewellery before exercise and before bed
- Avoid direct contact with perfume, skin care products and chemicals
- Store jewellery separately in an airtight box or sealed bag

A bit about the marbling...
Marbling is an endangered heritage craft, typically seen in books and paper products. The marbling pattern image is a representation only and may differ slightly as each pattern made is one of a kind, as the paints move on the surface of the water.
